Note to all those interested in hosting an event in 2013:

Similar to last season, we will be assembling our 2013 calendar based on your submission of an Expression of Interest Form.  The deadline for submission to be considered for priority placement on the 2013 calendar is January 11^th, 2013. A $200 race deposit will also be due upon submission. Following the submission deadline, we will host a Race Organizers Conference. This conference will be used as a constructive discussion outlining the 2013 season including dates, policies and all other things racing.

*Please note the January 11^th deadline relates to Preferential calendar placement. We will continue to accept Expression of Interest forms after this date, although calendar space will become limited.
