Note to all Cyclists,

For the 2013/2014 winter season, the Alberta Indoor Cycling Center will continue to offer cyclists exciting riding and racing throughout the cold winter months. It is important to note that before any rider uses the track, they must have a valid Alberta Bicycle Association General Membership or CCC/UCI license. 2013 licenses can be purchased online here. Please allow sufficient time for processing. 2014 Licenses will be available for purchase in mid-December.

Open Track Days
All open track days will be scheduled from 11:00am to 4:00pm unless otherwise stated. All riders must have at minimum a valid Alberta Bicycle Association General Membership or CCC/UCI license to ride.

Additionally, the track will be open Wednesday nights from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on scheduled dates. 

AICC District Racing
All Saturday District Racing days at the AICC will follow the below schedule:
   -   Open track:         11:00am – 1:30pm
   -   Registration:      12:30am – 1:30pm
   -   Racing:                2:00pm – 4:00pm

Rates
See the below table for 2013/2014 rates. All membership payments can be made by cash or cheque payable to the "Alberta Indoor Society". Payments should be made on-site during stated AICC hours of operation.

Facility Rental
New for the 2013/2014 Season, the AICC will open it's doors to anyone interested in renting the facility. Available dates and times can be found in the table below. As always, all those interested in renting the facility must obtain at minimum an Alberta Bicycle Association General Membership. Please note: Rental dates may vary based on availability. Please consult the calendar to verify that the date is available prior to requesting. Rental bikes and helmets are available with facility rental upon request.

Facility Rental Rates:
- $100 per hour (minimum 2hr rental)
- $400 per day

Other Disciplines
Cyclists from all disciplines are encouraged to come out and enjoy the track. The same fees and rules will apply to all non-BMX riders. For those who would like to rent a BMX bike for the day, rentals are available on-site at a cost of $10 including full-face helmet. All riders must come equipped with full-fingered gloves, full-face helmet, pants and long-sleeve shirt. Full-face helmets are available on-site upon request. Mountain Bikes are permitted for use on the track.

Please note: The AICC is not a fully heated facility, and all riders should come prepared for the elements. As per Olds Agricultural Society policy, the facility will be closed if temperatures exceed -20C.
