Important note to all organizers:

Thanks you and congratulations to everyone for helping to make the 2011 season such a success.

If you are interested in hosting an event in Alberta for the 2012 season, please see our 2012 Expression of Interest Form. We ask that you please fill out the form (page 2) and submit by January 8^th, 2012 for consideration on our Preliminary calendar, to be posted by January 31^st, 2012. Following the deadline for submission, we will be hosting a Race Organizer’s Conference & Date Setting Meeting that will be used to discuss improving the process for 2012 as well as retrieving input from all organizers to set up a preliminary calendar. This meeting will take place on January 14^th, 2012 at the Red Deer Sports Hall of Fame from 10:00am – 3:00pm; all organizers are encouraged to attend.

For all Mountain Bike events, please return the completed form to Josh Peacock at josh@albertabicycle.ab.ca. For all Cyclocross, Road and Track events please forward the completed form to Gillian Millett at gillian@albertabicycle.ab.ca. The form can also be found on the ABA website here.

*Please note the January 8^th deadline relates to Preferential calendar placement. We will continue to accept Expression of Interest forms after this date, although calendar space will become limited.
