Attention:       NCCP Sport Learning Facilitators

 

The NCI – Calgary and ASRPWF are hosting a NCCP Learning Facilitator Workshop.

 

When: Wednesday, July 25, 2012 (9:00 am – 4:30 pm)

 

What:  As per the policy on LF development and evaluation, both sport and multi-sport Learning Facilitators must be trained in generic facilitation modules.  This Workshop will provide the Learning Facilitator training in the following:

Module 1 – overview of the NCCP

Module 2 – Functions of a LF

Module 3 – Elements of an Effective Learning Activity

Module 6 – Stages of Group Development

Module 7 – Nature of the Group

 

The above training will appear on the CAC - LF transcript as professional development.  The above modules focus on the process of facilitation not on specific sport content.
