Day 1 at the Western Canada Summer Games got off to a great start for Team Alberta in the Road Cycling Time Trial Event with Team Alberta winning 3 of 6 medals.

Caeli Barron won the gold medal in female event with a time of 0:22:02.8, while Kinley Gibson won the bronze. In the male event Felix Wilberg won the silver medal.  Full results can be found at https://www.zone4.ca/results.asp?id=4044
